Allison Trimble

Community participation

Allison was one of the founding members of the Bromley-by-Bow team where she established the community care project and was responsible for developing the Bromley-by-Bow Centre’s distinctive approach to community ownership and participation.  As Chief Executive, Allison worked closely with clinical and statutory partners to develop the integrated cross sector model which now underpins the Centre’s work.

Allison continues to work as an Associate of the Centre and over the past ten years has combined her community practitioner experience with a focus on cross- sector Leadership Development.  She currently works as an Associate with organisations such as the Kings Fund, the  Centre for Innovation in Healthcare Management at Leeds University Business School, the University of East London and the Social Care Institute for Excellence.  

Allison is also the Director of The Leading Room, a cross-sector leadership development organisation, specialising in facilitation, leadership and organisational development.
