To succeed, reform must be based on strategic principles, working with the community and breaking down the barriers between local government and the taxpayer. AMP and HLM are chairing seminars with senior people from the public and private sectors to debate and develop these principles. Through this national programme of Thought Leadership Seminars, HLM and AMP aim to increase awareness of how to improve frontline services through creative thinking and intelligent funding to local authorities, their key officers, and the community.
