Liz Hodges
Liz is Andrew’s Executive Assistant and also works as a Project Assistant for 1C100U. She holds a BA in English and Music from Exeter University and a MA in English Literature at King’s College London. She is currently completing a PhD at Oxford University.
Liz worked in the House of Lords for a year and was nominated for best Parliamentary Researcher of the Year. Having worked on many charitable projects, Liz wanted to further her interest in social enterprise.
Liz also assists Andrew on many of his projects. She is currently helping to lead on the re-development of St Paul’s Church in Harman’s Water, Bracknell and, as a professional harpist, is particularly interested in helping with the development of the Water City Music Festival.

Andrew is a serial entrepreneur. He is best known for his pioneering work at the Bromley by Bow Centre in East London.
Carlos Montes
Carlos is an Associate of Leaside Regeneration responsible for expanding Leaside’s regeneration experience to the rest of the UK and internationally.
Donald Findley
Donald has established a number of social enterprises in the last 20 years. Donald played a key role at the Bromley By Bow Centre in London’s in the1990s.
Joe Fraser
Joe is Andrew’s first Apprentice Social Entrepreneur. He holds a BA in English Language and Literature from Exeter College, Oxford.

Paul Brickell
Paul is Chief Executive of Leaside Regeneration, a social enterprise set up to develop and deliver a vision for the regeneration of the Lower Lea Valley and the surrounding area in East London
Rob Trimble
Rob has been the Chief Executive of the Bromley by Bow Centre since 2002. Rob served on the management board of the centre in the mid-1990’s.
